British Council invites applications for the position of Head Marketing, Communications and Digital. The successful applicant will be expected to: lead the Marketing and Communications function in British Council Bangladesh build a strong yet flexible M&C strategy, strengthening our reputation and profile, communicating key messages, positioning our brand, ensuring effective communication with our audiences both externally and internally work with country SBU leads and regional Head of Digital wider South Asia to develop a digital strategy for BC Bangladesh work with sector and business teams to develop effective partnerships with media, PR and marketing agencies And will have the following skills and experience : proven track record of marketing and communications excellent communications skills in English 3 to 5 years of work experience in a similar position in any reputed organisation must have experience of high impact brand management exercise has championed/ developed high quality standards for Market research studies, marketing campaigns Experience in Digital Marketing Post graduate or Professional qualifications in Marketing (MBA in Marketing, CIM, etc.). We can offer: Monthly salary Tk 86,656.00 (consolidated) but higher salary will be considered depending on skills and experience of the individual Transport allowance of Tk 4,100.00 per month plus other benefits according to the organisation's policy Professional development opportunities Experience of working in an international organisation and good work life balance.
