MSO IT Officer Pharmaceuticals Division You will be responsible to foster Marketing & Sales Operations (MSO) activities by supporting Sales Force automation process of Novartis (Bangladesh) Limited, Pharma Division. Your major areas of activities will include launch activities of field force automation/ go digital project, provide solution to IT infrastructure and basic settings for iPad, trouble shooting of applications and Help Desk activity, infrastructure up-gradation as per Novartis Standard. Graduation in Information Technology/ Computer Science from a reputed institution with good academic records 1-2 years of experience in similar IT areas in any leading multinational/ local companies Familiarity with Apple Products (e.g. iPad) will be preferred Entrepreneurial, self-driven and innovative attitude with problem solving and decision making skills Excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla.
