We are now seeking to recruit a high caliber Assistant Manager, Human Resources (Human Resources Generalist I) for our office in Dhaka, Bangladesh, under verification services unit. We are accredited for testing of textiles and apparel products.
This is an excellent opportunity with experience to take the next step in a career in testing. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Job Responsibilities:
  • To be part of the team to provide full aspects HR services in order to meeting the business needs, including Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Development;
  • Performs professional human resources tasks associated with compensation, employee relations, benefits, and training and employee development issues;
  • Work closely and maintain good relationship with business to understand their needs and requirement. Communicates with management and employees regarding Human Resources issues. Explains and interprets personnel policies, procedures, and processes as directed;
  • Identifies opportunities for developing new or revised human resources policies and procedures. Develops and implements programs using knowledge of organizational goals and objectives;
  • Identify and to assist in the development and implementation of new programs and policies
  • Supporting the team on providing comprehensive HR services to meet business needs;
  • Develops working knowledge of important legislation related to Labor Law;
Job Requirements:
  • MBA in HR with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Detailed knowledge of human resources policies, procedures and processes and detailed knowledge of human resource concepts and practices necessary in the Generalist position.
  • Demonstrated ability to research, plan and implement significant human resources initiatives.
  • Detailed knowledge of fundamental concepts of all functional areas of human resources
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
