Job Description / Responsibility

Responsible for day to day cash transaction.
Preparing Books of Accounts like Cash book, Bank Book, Sales Register, Purchases Register and Ledger.
Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement.
Preparing vouchers, cash book.
Maintaining petty cash.
Expert with budget planning & budgetary control.
To be able project costing and prepare project income statement.
To be maintain monthly statement, P/L or income statement and yearly balance sheet.
Reporting all activities of accounts to the Managing Director daily.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements: 1 to 3 Year (s)
Additional Job Requirements

Only males are allowed to apply.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance, Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax) and Costing & Budgeting.
Must possess good IT skills and be well conversant with Tally Accounting System.
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience.
Ability to guide subordinate and others concerned.
