Manager - Usage & Retention Job Description: Driving revenue growth for existing base through effective and relevant segmentation and micro campaigns Creating innovative and game changers plans to lead VFM and business growth, with hands-on experience of Go To Market In-depth knowledge of understanding and managing Smart Pricing across product portfolio with hands-on experience on efficient business case Responsible for customer base growth through proper base management and churn management Implementing proactive churn measures to increase active days and primary SIM behavior Innovative/Relevant and Simple product creation for winning back lost customers. Innovative and effective medium in BTL communication Support in both ATL & BTL planning for effective customer communication Driving Customer Retention through implementation of Retention Matrix Monitoring High Value customers by designing and implementing engagement programs Support in Customers’ life cycle management Job Specifications: Business Graduate from reputed university; Engineer with MBA degree are encouraged to apply Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Telecom prepaid business Key Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Building Collaborative Relationships Achieving Business Success Analytical and Innovative mindset who loves to play with numbers and insights Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Access, Excel, Power-point & SQL Predominantly prepaid voice product with knowledge of relevant platform of IN and IT, along with exposure in postpaid as well Application Deadline: May 25, 2013
